Link14 was established as an independent procurement hub, drawing on decades of public sector design, property and procurement experience.
Our purpose
The framework is the mechanism. The outcome is the point.
Public sector organisations are under pressure to deliver more with less, in a more complex regulatory environment. Compliance alone does not build better schools, homes or health facilities — good procurement decisions do.
Link14 brings together a compliant route to market with the guidance, learning and supplier relationships that turn a procurement process into a successful project. It is developed from the experience of Concertus Design & Property Consultants but operates independently, so it can grow across categories and regions on its own merits.
